The High Elf version is in a different file all together so there is no need to worry about the two not working together.
As always please report any problems with the mod and anything you feel might need to be looked at.
totally newby question here, How I can install this, is replacement files or umod? also how use ingame?

DeleteThe easier and safest way to add mods is to go to C:\Program Files (x86)\TERA\Client\S1Game\CookedPC\Art_Data\Packages and create a new folder with a _ at the beginning of the name. Example "_mods". The way the launcher works is it finds the first version of the file it needs and when loading files, it searches through folders with _ first.
Place your mods in there and open the game to test, that should be all you have to do.
The reason this is the best method is that it makes it easy to find your mods should they mess around with the game.
